Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Administer advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following strict protocols for equipment sterilization and treatment area cleanliness.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail offerings.
• Upsell skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and increase revenue streams.
• Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a positive experience from check-in to checkout, including front desk support when needed.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within a med spa or salon environment.
• Certification in Esthetician licensing as required by state law.
• Hands-on expertise with advanced skincare procedures such as laser treatments, dermabrasion, Botox injections, dermal fillers, and eyelash extensions.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols across all aesthetic procedures.
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products and treatment packages.
• Excellent communication skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to create memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
