Position Responsibilities:

• Performing a range of medical grade advanced services including chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microneedling, and non-ablative Sciton® mJOULE™ laser treatments including MOXI® and BBL® HERO™
• Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing personalized treatment plans
• Educating patients on product use and personalized home skincare regimens to enhance treatment outcomes
• Capturing and documenting before-and-after photography
• Maintaining accurate records and treatment notes
• Recommending and promoting medical grade skincare products and service packages based on patient needs
• Staying current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education
• Collaborating with a team of providers, plastic surgeons, and fellow aestheticians to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Utilize advanced technologies and lasers for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Active Aesthetician license in the state of Georgia
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical skincare experience, preferably in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
• Skilled in laser-based services, with a strong preference for Sciton, medical-grade treatments, and physician directed skincare recommendations
• Strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment customization
• Professional, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering consistently excellent results
• Sales experience and a natural ability to guide patients in their skincare journey
• Team-focused and eager to contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded environment
