Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to improve skin health and appearance.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatment packages that align with client goals.
• Support deep tissue massage sessions when applicable, enhancing overall relaxation and wellness.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, facials.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards at all times.
• Ability to perform retail sales confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with product demos and explaining skincare benefits clearly to clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
