Mountain Escape Luxury Spa & Boutique – Lookout Mountain, TN

Mountain Escape Luxury Spa & Boutique is seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. We are a luxury and award-winning spa dedicated to creating a relaxing, elevated guest experience in a serene mountain setting. This is a part-time position well-suited for someone who enjoys flexibility and can adapt to a dynamic schedule.

As an Aesthetician, you will provide high-quality, customized services while helping create a warm, tranquil, and professional environment for our guests. This role is primarily service-based but may also include front desk support to ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is skilled, reliable, and passionate about beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials tailored to individual skin types and concerns
• Provide professional makeup applications for events, weddings, and special occasions
• Perform waxing services with precision and client comfort in mind
• Apply and maintain eyelash extensions to a high professional standard
• Perform lash lift services and brow services (including shaping, tinting, and styling)
• Deliver flawless spray tan services, including prep and aftercare guidance
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools in accordance with state regulations
• Provide front desk support when needed, including guest check-in/check-out, booking appointments, and assisting with retail purchases
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
• Recommend retail products and at-home care to enhance results
• Assist with daily spa operations, including laundry, restocking, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the spa.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless, luxury spa experience

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Aesthetician License (required)
• Experience in facials, waxing, spray tanning, makeup application, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and brow services
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable assisting at the front desk when needed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: $25.24 - $30.40 per hour
