Full-Time Aesthetician – Join Our Growing Team

Plastic Surgery of Southern New England is seeking a skilled, motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our expanding practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment alongside an experienced clinical and aesthetic team.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, Salaried Position
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience and existing client base

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and other aesthetic services
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and product recommendations
• Support and collaborate with our injectables and surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Aesthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or medical spa setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base
