Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Clinical Treatments: Perform medical-grade procedures such as chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and advanced laser therapies (e.g., laser hair removal, IPL, or radiofrequency).
- Comprehensive Consultations: Conduct in-depth skin analyses to identify concerns like acne, rosacea, and aging, developing personalized, multi-modality treatment plans.
- Medical Coordination: Assist with pre- and post-operative care for cosmetic surgeries and work with medical directors to ensure clinical compliance.
- Patient Education & Sales: Educate patients on complex skincare ingredients and recommend high-potency medical-grade retail products to enhance clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Current State Esthetician License is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
