About the Role: Marvel is looking for an Aesthetician to join our team in Spring Hill. Our Aestheticians conduct thorough and personalized, consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and contribute to a best-in-class client experience from consultation through follow-up care. This role is ideal for a provider who combines clinical excellence with a strong aesthetic eye and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations.
• Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support patient outcomes, practice goals, and overall clinic success.
• Support skincare retail sales, promotional initiatives, and ongoing practice growth efforts.

What you Need:

• Active Aesthetician license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments (Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacial, IPL, Laser Clear & Brilliant, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheous 8, etc.)
• Proven ability to create natural, balanced results
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client-centered care
