Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs.
• Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct product demos and recommend skincare products tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns.
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to enhance client satisfaction and well-being.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to foster ongoing relationships.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs, contributing to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and recommend suitable services.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience with retail sales techniques to enhance client satisfaction and support business goals.

Pay: $25.67 - $30.92 per hour
