Schedule:

• Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Range: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of esthetic services, including:
• Facials
• Body waxing
• Conduct personalized client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for all treatment areas, tools, and equipment.
• Use salon software (such as Acuity) for scheduling and managing client records.
• Promote skincare and beauty products to support client results and boost retail sales.
• Assist with front desk operations, including client check-in, appointment booking, and general inquiries.
• Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare techniques and routines.
• Ensure every client enjoys a positive, welcoming, and results-driven experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in esthetic techniques such as threading, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and hair extensions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promoting services and engaging with clients online.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and sales strategies to enhance product recommendations.
• Experience in salon or med spa environments, including some understanding of business operations.
• Clear and professional communication skills to build lasting client relationships and work effectively with team members.
