Licensed Medical Aesthetician / Esthetician – Independent Contractor or Room Rental Opportunity
We are a growing medical aesthetics office looking for a licensed Medical Aesthetician / Esthetician to join our practice as an independent provider.
This is a great opportunity for an aesthetician who wants to grow their own patient base, offer services in a professional medical office setting, and work alongside an established practice. This is not an hourly employee position. This opportunity is structured as either a monthly room rental arrangement or a revenue-share partnership, depending on whether the provider already has an existing patient base.
Opportunity Structure
We are open to one of the following arrangements:
- Monthly room rental for an aesthetician who already has established clients and wants to operate independently from our office.
- Revenue-share arrangement for an aesthetician who is building a patient base and would like access to our office, patient flow, marketing support, and professional treatment space.
Final structure will depend on experience, availability, existing clientele, services offered, and whether patients are generated by the provider or by the office.
Compensation / Partnership Model
This is an independent contractor opportunity.
Possible structures include:
- Monthly room rental: approximately $2,000–$2,500/month for regular full-time use of a treatment room, depending on schedule and services provided.
- Revenue share: office retains approximately 30%–50% of collected service revenue, depending on whether the patient is brought by the provider or generated by the office.
- Part-time room use may also be considered.
Specific terms will be discussed during the interview.
