Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, skin care analysis, consultations, dermaplaning, medical grade peels, and hydraskin facials to meet individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommended treatments to promote ongoing skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assisting advanced providers during laser and injectables treatments.
• Promoting memberships to clients.
• Creating a 12 month skin care plan for all clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit.

Experience

• Hands-on expertise in esthetic treatments and consultations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Experience in retail sales or product demonstrations is a plus for engaging clients and promoting brand loyalty.
• Florida Skin care specialist certification required with one year experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
