Aesthetician and Laser Technician

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a medical aesthetics or hospitality facility, comfortable with sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in laser operation, medical aesthetics, and skincare is highly desirable.
• Strong patient service skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to retain clients by delivering exceptional client experience and results.
• Able to market SkinLab and themselves as a provider and network.

Essential Qualifications:

• Compliance with all Arizona Laser and Aesthetics state licensing requirements.
• A positive, engaging personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• An outgoing personality who isn't afraid to bring up additional recommendations.
• A team player who is also an inspiring presence for both internal and external partners.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computers and standard software.
• Retail and product knowledge with a flair for sales.
• Professional, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.

Technical Skills:

Experience with Diamond Glow Facial, Hydrafacial, Sciton Laser (BBL, HALO, MLP, Clearsilk), Emsculpt NEO, Coolsculpting, Emtone, Emsella, Vivace, Virtue RF Microneedling, and Motus Laser will be considered an asset. Knowledge in ZO SkinHealth and SkinBetter Science skincare lines is a plus.

Sales and Marketing:

• Represent SkinLab Laser Aesthetics & Wellness through conducting spa tours and participating in community events.
• Active involvement in events and social media promotion.
• Project a professional image to staff, business associates, and the community.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
