Aesthetician and/or Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of massage and/or skincare treatment and body waxing with precision and care.
• Deliver specialized services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application meet diverse client needs.
• Manage client consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans and product recommendations that align with their goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatment areas following health regulations and best practices.
• Utilize salon management software such as Vagaro for scheduling appointments, processing retail sales, and managing client records efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Upsell retail products effectively by demonstrating their benefits during treatments or consultations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends in color theory, nail care, tattooing, barbering, and other aesthetic techniques to continually enhance service offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician and/or Massage Therapist, or in a similar role within a med spa or salon environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in management of multiple aesthetic procedures including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, massage and body treatments.
• Familiarity with salon software such as Vagaro for appointment booking and client management.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols related to skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare instructions effectively.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is preferred but not required.
• A valid cosmetology license, esthetician or massage therapy certification as required by state law! This role offers the chance to work in an energetic environment where your skills make a real difference—helping clients look great and feel even better every day!

Pay: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
