Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct body waxing services with precision and professionalism to ensure client comfort.
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to promote overall well-being.
• Provide product demonstrations, recommend retail products, and educate clients on skincare routines tailored to their needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.
• Assist with makeup application and nail care services to offer comprehensive beauty solutions.
• Engage clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their goals, and delivering personalized recommendations for ongoing skincare or treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their concerns confidently.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety procedures in a clinical or spa environment.
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage and product demos effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments, products, and aftercare instructions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.55 - $30.76 per hour
