Aesthetician (experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Perform detailed skin analysis and create customized treatment plans
• Recommend suitable skincare products and services
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Support clinic sales through consultations and upselling

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a beautician/aesthetician (medical aesthetics experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of skin care, skin conditions, and treatment protocols
• Ability to design personalized skin management programs
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Preferred (Plus):

• Experience with IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments
• Experience with microneedling procedures
