Aesthetician Facial Room (Rental/Commission)

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, a passion for aesthetics, and expertise in various cosmetic procedures. The Aesthetician will play a vital part in enhancing client satisfaction, promoting our services, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety within the spa or salon environment.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and facial therapies.
• Provide advanced services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and hair styling.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products suited to client needs and conducting product demos.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Manage guest services efficiently at the front desk, including check-in/out procedures and answering client inquiries.
• Engage in social media management to promote services, special offers, and client success stories.
• Assist with management tasks when needed, including inventory management and service promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends such as tattooing techniques, straight razor shaving, nail care, color theory, and new aesthetic treatments.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, laser therapy, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and facial therapies.
• Experience with management software including Millennium and MINDBODY preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience in retail sales within a spa or salon setting is desirable.
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Additional skills such as hair extensions, tattooing, hair threading, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering techniques, nail care, or med spa experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
