Aesthetician / Facial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician / Facial Specialist with a passion for results-driven skincare and exceptional client care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced facial treatments, including:

• Customized medical-grade facials
• HydraFacial
• DiamondGlow
• Chemical peels
• Professional extractions (acne & congested skin)

• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatments, and memberships
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results and a luxury client experience
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Work closely with providers and front desk to support client retention and rebooking

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Aesthetician License
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a professional spa or medical spa
• Strong skills in advanced facials, chemical peels, and extractions
• Experience with HydraFacial and/or DiamondGlow preferred
• Laser experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication, consultation, and client education skills
• Professional, reliable, and results-focused

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
