Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our valued clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents while helping clients look and feel their best.

Base pay is $13/hr.

With commission and tips most staff average over $25

Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring optimal results while maintaining strict safety protocols.
• Apply eyelash extensions, makeup, and nail care services to enhance clients’ natural beauty with precision and artistry.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, recommended products, and retail options to support their ongoing wellness journey.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment, tools, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to promote stress relief and overall well-being.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing client concerns, and creating personalized treatment plans that foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist with a strong background in cosmetology or related fields.
• Hands-on expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures, products, and aftercare instructions to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations.
• Prior experience in providing deep tissue massage or other relaxation therapies is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $35.00 per hour
