Job Description:
As an Aesthetician/Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Dr. Jennifer Kish, DO and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare and aesthetics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fully stocked with supplies.
  • Manage inventory and receive medical supplies and products.
  • Work side by side with Dr. Kish to provide care and assist with treatments.
  • Set up and clean up for treatments, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and maintained.
  • Assist in documentation of treatments and patient care.
  • Guide patients through pre- and post-care instructions.
  • Handle Pronox and manage exosomes for laser treatments.
  • Apply aftercare products and take patient vitals, such as blood pressure.
  • Maintain the organization of medication areas and ensure cleanliness around the spa.
  • Help check patients into the office, assist with scheduling, and follow up with patients for Dr. Kish’s recommendations.
  • Promote skincare products and educate clients on their benefits.
  • Keep Dr. Kish on task and direct her to the next treatment room.
  • Attend to Dr. Kish’s schedule and ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Assist patients with scheduling their next appointments.
  • Call patients after treatments to follow up on care.
  • Light cleaning around the spa to maintain a professional environment.
  • Sanitize medical supplies and maintain equipment.
  • Take blood pressure and assist in patient preparation for procedures.
  • Manage and maintain orderly medication areas.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for treatments.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Aesthetician license in the state of Ohio.
  • Enthusiastic about skincare and eager to learn the medical side of aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be punctual, ready to work, and show enthusiasm for the role.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Hours are approximate and based on patient flow and appointments.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.0 per week
