Evolvd Aesthetics is hiring an Advanced Practice Esthetician + Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing team.

We are a physician-guided wellness and aesthetics company focused on full face and body transformation through advanced skin treatments, body contouring, relaxation therapies, and medical wellness programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role goes far beyond simply performing treatments.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating relationships with clients, helping people feel confident, and guiding clients through a full transformation journey.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with new and existing clients who have shown interest in our services
• Answering questions about treatments, memberships, packages, and expected results
• Helping encourage consultations and appointments through genuine, relationship-based communication
• Performing advanced body contouring treatments using HIFEM + RF technology
• Performing customized facial treatments and advanced skincare services
• Strategically combining body contouring and facial treatments simultaneously to create a relaxing, elevated, and highly enjoyable client experience
• Creating a welcoming and luxury environment where clients feel comfortable and cared for
• Asking thoughtful questions to understand each client’s goals, insecurities, lifestyle, and desired outcomes
• Recommending personalized treatment plans, memberships, packages, and wellness options based on client goals
• Educating clients on long-term transformation plans and consistency
• Building long-term relationships that improve client retention and referrals
• Taking before-and-after photos and helping clients track progress
• Maintaining cleanliness, professionalism, and treatment quality standards

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $20-$25 / Hour
• Agressive Commission and Bonus's: up to 25% of total sales
