We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in our medical aesthetics clinic. This role supports physicians and clinic staff while performing a wide range of skincare and cosmetic services. You will play a key part in enhancing the patient experience, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily clinic operations.
- Perform facials, waxing, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments
- Assist with laser procedures, CoolSculpting consultations, and injectable-related questions
- Conduct courtesy evaluations and coordinate timely physician assessments
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, consultations, and equipment use
- Greet patients professionally and ensure a welcoming environment
- Schedule and track patient appointments, including consults and procedures
- Prepare procedure paperwork and collect payments prior to treatment
- Clean and organize rooms and equipment per hospital policy
- Support physicians, clinic leadership, and team members as needed
- Assist during periods of increased workload to maintain smooth operations
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and act on feedback
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements
- Register patients, place orders, and document care in the Electronic Medical Record (Cerner)
- Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and other clinic software
- Track and order supplies to support daily operations

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Graduate of an accredited Aesthetician program with current state licensure
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Proficiency in skincare product application and willingness to cross-train
- Experience with waxing and medical skincare services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Knowledge of basic office procedures, medical terminology, and computer systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and EMR
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and exercise sound judgment
- State Aesthetician License
- Current BLS Certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting
- Familiarity with laser treatments, CoolSculpting, or physician-dispensed skincare
- Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures
