Part-Time Experienced Licensed Aesthetician

Operation Beauty, the medical spa division of Blaine Plastic Surgery, is seeking a motivated, sales-minded Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for an esthetician who is passionate about skincare, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is excited about growing both their personal clientele and the practice. We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional patient care, treatment results, education, and sales all work together to create a successful aesthetic practice.

Schedule Requirements

• Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• Two Saturdays per month required
• Part-time position with opportunity for growth

Compensation

• Hourly pay
• Service commission
• Retail commission
• W2 employee position

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and skincare treatments
• Conduct patient consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on patient concerns and goals
• Educate patients on skincare products and treatment recommendations
• Proactively rebook patients and build long-term patient relationships
• Follow up with previous patients and help secure future appointments
• Generate retail sales through product knowledge and patient education
• Assist with social media content creation, treatment videos, before-and-after photography, and practice marketing initiatives
• Help grow awareness of Operation Beauty through community outreach and relationship building
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to the highest standards
• Assist with inventory monitoring and product management
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education

Qualifications

• Current New York State Aesthetics License
• Strong passion for skincare and aesthetics
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing facials, chemical peels, and skincare treatments required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-minded with the ability to educate and convert patients into long-term clients
• Comfortable discussing skincare products and treatment plans
• Interest in social media, marketing, and business growth
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Luxury spa, medical spa, or plastic surgery experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
