Perform professional consultations to assess patient skincare goals and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with provider care plans
Perform aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to: SkinPen Microneedling, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, facials, dermaplaning, and extractions
Demonstrate a thorough and evolving understanding of all products and services offered at Suncoast Skin Solutions
Provide patient education on skincare, including product recommendations and adjustments to support treatment outcomes and reinforce provider-directed regimens
Collaborate with providers to support continuity of care, including proactively identifying patients appropriate for aesthetic services (e.g., acne, pigmentation, aging concerns)
Review daily schedules in advance to identify opportunities for aesthetic collaboration and service utilization
Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments, and recommendations in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Provide clear post-treatment instructions and home care guidance to support results and patient satisfaction
Maintain treatment rooms and workspaces in compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning according to manufacturer guidelines; escalate issues as needed
Manage inventory of cosmetic and treatment products, including monitoring usage patterns and expiration dates
Patient Engagement & Retention
Establish and maintain a consistent patient follow-up system to support retention, outcomes, and rebooking
Conduct daily patient outreach (targeting approximately 5–10 patients per day) using approved communication tools, including:
Post-treatment check-ins
Re-engagement (“we miss you”) outreach
Education and service reminders
Develop and utilize standardized patient communication messaging to ensure consistency in tone, education, and brand alignment
Track patient engagement and follow-up activity using designated systems (e.g., CRM or tracking tools)
Identify and communicate trends in patient feedback, common objections, and gaps in service offerings
Reinforce rebooking at the time of service and support long-term treatment planning for patients
Business Development & Growth
Build and maintain a patient base through provider referrals, patient relationships, and consistent follow-up practices
Identify and pursue local partnership opportunities (minimum expectation to evaluate and propose multiple local collaborations aligned with the patient demographic)
Collaborate with local businesses and community partners to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition
Actively cross-promote services in-clinic by identifying appropriate patients and coordinating with providers and team members
Contribute to grassroots marketing efforts by providing insight into local trends, patient preferences, and growth opportunities
Participate in and support cosmetic events, promotions, and marketing initiatives; take ownership of at least one initiative to drive engagement and growth
Support the implementation and utilization of service menus, comfort menus, and in-office educational materials
Participate in the development, alignment, and consistent execution of aesthetic treatment protocols across providers and locations
Apply standardized service language, consultation approaches, and post-care guidance to ensure a consistent patient experience
Provide ongoing feedback on service demand, including frequently requested treatments not currently offered
Support evaluation and adoption of new services, including treatments appropriate for diverse skin types and conditions (e.g., darker skin types, rosacea, eye-area treatments)
Complete required training and education to support new or expanded service offerings
Promote and educate patients on retail products, addressing objections and recommending appropriate alternatives
Track and communicate retail trends, including pricing objections, patient preferences, and product performance
Operational Support
Cross-train in front and back office workflows to support clinic efficiency and patient experience
Support implementation of workflows related to patient communication, service delivery, and follow-up processes
Assist in maintaining consistency in operations across locations, including adherence to established systems and processes

Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Active Florida aesthetician license
1–2 years of experience in a dermatology or plastic surgery setting preferred
Experience with EMR systems and general computer proficiency
