• Be prepared to stay busy during your shift once you have had a chance to build clientele.

• A talent to make people smile, laugh, and want to rebook with you.
• A desire to help others feel good about themselves.
• A current aesthetic or cosmetology license.
• A background in waxing and skin care is encouraged. A sugaring background is not necessary, but it’s a nice perk!

Responsibilities:

• Provide education-oriented skin services (we teach our clients about proper skin care when we wax)
• Perform full body waxing & sugaring services on men and women
• Build books by converting clients to our membership program
• Skin Consultations
• Brow Consultations prior to waxing
• Maintain a sanitary work station and assist with sanitation throughout the salon Sell memberships and products
• Attend employee education & development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly) Develop rapport quickly with clientele

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $45.00 per hour
