About the Role

Reports to: Practice Manager

Role Type: Full or Part Time depending on experience - up to 40 hours per week.

Location: AEDIT Cosmetic Wellness West Hollywood

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate female or male Aesthetician who loves helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through thoughtful, results-driven care. You’ll perform customized aesthetic treatments, educate clients on at-home care, and ensure every service reflects the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client experience.

As part of our founding team, this role will also support both front desk operations (patient experience) and back-office clinical functions (e.g., assisting with patient flow, room preparation, and basic clinical support) in partnership with the Practice Manager to ensure a seamless, elevated client experience.

As the practice grows and client volume increases, we will hire dedicated front desk and medical assistant team members. At that time, this role will transition into a more traditional aesthetician position, with primary focus on patient care and treatments, while continuing to support front desk and back-office needs as needed.

What will you do?

  • Perform a range of non-invasive treatments including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare services (as credentialed)
  • Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment and home-care plans
  • Educate clients on skincare products, treatment expectations, and aftercare routines
  • Assist with back-office clinical support, including treatment room preparation, patient flow, and supporting providers during services (as appropriate and within scope)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment following state board and OSHA standards
  • Document all services accurately in the electronic record system
  • Monitor and restock treatment supplies, communicating needs to the Practice Manager
  • Collaborate with the front desk and clinical team to provide seamless client flow and exceptional service
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed, including client check-in/check-out, scheduling, phone/email inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming reception experience
  • Stay current on new products, technologies, and industry best practices through continuing education

Skills & Experience

  • Active and unrestricted California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
  • 2+ years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa settings
  • Advanced knowledge of skincare, treatment techniques, and product ingredients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
  • High attention to detail, sanitation, and compliance
  • Comfort using EMR systems and adapting in a collaborative clinical environment
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Why Work for Us?

  • Hourly Rate: $25 - $30/Hour + Commission + Bonus
  • Continued Learning Initiatives

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
