Revitalyze Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to blend aesthetic medicine with medical weight loss and wellness services in a modern, luxury medical spa environment.

We're looking for a provider who enjoys building strong patient relationships, delivering exceptional outcomes, and helping patients achieve their confidence and wellness goals through customized treatment plans.

For providers with aesthetic experience and an existing patient following, there is immediate opportunity for injectable and aesthetic services; otherwise position is heavily rooted in wellness until a further date.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct annual Good Faith Exams for medical spa and wellness patients
• Perform comprehensive medical weight loss consultations
• Evaluate patient health history, lifestyle, goals, and treatment eligibility
• Prescribe and manage weight loss therapies, including GLP-1 medications and other approved treatments
• Provide ongoing patient follow-up and treatment management
• Administer IV therapy and vitamin injections
• Monitor patient progress and ensure safe, effective treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and clinical team

Aesthetic Services:

• Perform aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
• Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers (experience preferred)
• Perform or support advanced laser treatments including:
• Moxi
• BBL HEROic
• CoolPeel
• InMode technologies
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and maintenance plans
• Support treatment package recommendations and long-term patient retention

Practice Growth & Patient Experience:

• Participate in patient events, open houses, and educational workshops
• Help create an exceptional luxury patient experience
• Build lasting relationships that encourage patient loyalty and referrals
• Collaborate with the team on practice growth initiatives and new service offerings

What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical weight loss, hormone optimization, functional medicine, aesthetics, or related specialty
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Strong ability to build trust and rapport with patients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented medical spa environment
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
• BioTe certified

Preferred Experience

• Aesthetic injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators)
• Medical weight loss management
• Hormone optimization therapy
• Laser and energy-based devices
• Medical spa or aesthetic practice experience
