Aesthetic Dermatology Associates, PC is a dynamic multi-physician dermatology practice with office locations in Paoli and Media, PA . We are dedicated to providing top-tier medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services to our patients, ensuring exceptional care and innovative treatments. Our team delivers best-in-class treatments ranging from injectables and lasers to skincare consultations, in a patient-centric, upscale environment.

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Aesthetics Manager, with direct experience with cosmetic treatments as an aesthetician, to lead our dermatology practice’s aesthetic services division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to perform cosmetic consults, oversee daily operations, manage staff, grow the aesthetic side of the practice, and ensure the delivery of outstanding patient experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for aesthetic medicine, strong management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of medical office cosmetic procedures. Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of our aesthetic services, ensuring efficient workflow and high quality care. Manage all aesthetic equipment, inventory, and disposables.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule front-line aesthetics staff.
  • Coordinate training on new treatments, products, protocols, and practice standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and help achieve revenue and productivity targets through operational excellence and effective patient engagement.
  • Partner with providers, vendors, marketing personnel, and administrative teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and educational content on an ongoing basis to achieve continued growth.
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, HIPAA policies, and industry best practices.
  • Expand aesthetic service outreach through social media, email campaigns, in-office events, and other means. Some activities will be handled independently and others in partnership with marketing.
  • Spend a portion of time performing some of the cosmetic procedures we offer.
  • Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction by championing service quality, efficient scheduling, and positive patient communications.

Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, med spa, or related field. Leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in driving performance and creating a positive patient-focused culture.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency with performance analysis, scheduling systems, and practice management software.
  • Proven use of technology to achieve growth and patient engagement.
