Job Summary (Hook)

Skinovatio Ohio in Parma is expanding our medical spa team. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (NP or RN) who excels at natural-looking results using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO threads, and PRF/PRP. An esthetician license is a plus but not required. We also offer GLP-1 weight management (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide) as part of our wellness services. What You'll Do

• Perform advanced injectable procedures: neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®), dermal fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®), Radiesse®, Sculptra®, PDO lifting threads, Kybella®, and PRF/PRP for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.
• Administer and monitor patients on GLP-1 therapies (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide) for medical weight management, including dosing adjustments and side effect education.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, obtain Ohio-compliant informed consent, and document all treatments.
• Capture standardized before-and-after clinical photography.
• Educate patients on pre/post care and recommend medical-grade skincare products.
• Collaborate with our Medical Director on complex cases and adverse event protocols.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Active Ohio license in good standing: RN or NP (NP with prescriptive authority strongly preferred for GLP-1 management).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience (neurotoxins and fillers required).
• Knowledge of Ohio Board of Nursing scope for injectables and GLP-1 protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Comfortable with natural, education-based product and service recommendations.

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Ohio esthetician license (dual-licensed candidates are a plus).
• Experience with lasers or energy-based devices (e.g., Morpheus8, Halo, BBL).
• Current BLS/CPR.

Schedule & Position Type

• Full-time or Part-time
• Flexible schedule including rotating Saturdays
• Typical hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary)

Compensation

• $45 – $65 per hour (based on experience and license level – RN vs. NP)
• Alternative: Competitive per-treatment commission
