Aesthetics Sales Consultant

Job Overview

Desert Body Contour is a wellness med spa specializing in non-invasive body sculpting and also offers laser skin treatments, facials, microneedling and wellness services. We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Sales Consultant who excels in consultative sales, moves with urgency, and is highly skilled at building trust, following up, converting consultations into clients and delivering a top notch client experience. This is a part time position with the potential to become full time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations for aesthetic, body sculpting, and wellness treatments
• Understand client goals and recommend customized treatment plans
• Convert consultations into treatment package sales & memberships
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and consultation prospects
• Track consultations, leads, and sales in CRM
• Work closely with clinical team to ensure a great client experience
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in aesthetic, med spa, or wellness consultative sales preferred
• Must have 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Nutrition or fitness background is a plus
• Esthetician/Laser License a plus but not required
• Strong closing ability of 60% or higher and proven sales track record
• High sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills
• Comfortable discussing high-ticket treatment packages
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Professional, confident, and personable

We are looking for someone who enjoys sales and creating client relationships, moves quickly with a sense or urgency, follows up consistently, and knows how to convert consultations into happy, long-term clients while delivering an exceptional experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour
