The Role

We are seeking an Aesthetic Sales & Operations Manager — a driven, personable leader who can manage day-to-day clinic operations AND drive sales and brand growth forward. Because we are a small, close-knit team running a busy, fast-paced clinic, this role is intentionally broad: the right candidate will be equally comfortable leading a team, conducting new patient consultations, capturing content for social media, and tracking KPIs alongside the owner.

This is not a role for someone looking to clock in and clock out. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, leads with integrity, and wants to grow with us long-term.

Responsibilities & Duties

Operations & Team Leadership

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations including scheduling, staff coordination, and facility standards
  • Hire, train, and schedule front desk and customer service employees
  • Create and oversee professional development plans for all staff
  • Set key performance indicators for each department in conjunction with the owner
  • Maintain company protocols in accordance with the employee handbook
  • Coordinate facility schedules to maximize efficiency and usage of the spa
  • Oversee facility maintenance and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the spa
  • Inventory management, expense reporting, and expense control with a focus on optimizing profitability
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards and medical records management
  • Introduce new product lines, equipment, and treatments to all required areas

Sales & Client Relations

  • Conduct all new patient consultations, laying out customized treatment plans aligned with individual patient goals
  • Support lead management, appointment follow-up, and consultation scheduling — working alongside our front desk spa concierge who handles primary inbound calls
  • Follow up with previous patients to cultivate ongoing relationships and renew interest in services
  • Meet and exceed team membership, retail, and gift card sales goals
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and client communication calendars
  • Educate patients on services and at-home care recommendations that support their results
  • Manage customer conflict resolution with professionalism and grace

Marketing & Brand

  • Initiate and implement marketing and promotional plans to actively grow revenue and profit
  • Capture user-generated content (UGC) in the clinic to support brand authenticity and engagement
  • Post daily stories highlighting specials, product details, and promotions to drive both online and in-store product sales
  • Support the brand’s social media presence through consistent, on-brand content — this is not a full social media management role, but active participation is expected
  • Develop strategies to reach new and potential clients
  • Create community partnerships and generate brand exposure through outside calls, health & wellness trade shows, and events
  • Develop calendars of events and general communications for current members

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years of combined sales and management experience — applicants without proven experience will not be considered
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: Laser Hair Removal, Esthetics, Cosmetics, Health & Wellness, Weight Loss, Plastic Surgery, Med Spa, or related field
  • Proven track record in building patient/client relationships and exceeding customer expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
  • Comfortable with social media platforms — experience posting content, stories, and product promotions is required; full social media management experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with client management systems and appointment booking software (Zenoti experience a plus)
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and simple manner
  • Open to learning new technologies and software
  • Schedule includes every other Saturday and rotating shifts — alternating weekly between day shift and mid shift
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with a polished, professional appearance

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). We offer competitive hourly pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
