Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to build strong partnerships with affiliates and influencers, driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Your expertise will help optimize our media buying efforts, enhance campaign performance, and ensure maximum return on investment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify backend and frontend (products, inventory, pricing, apps, analytics)
• Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to expand our partner network and increase sales conversions.
• Identify/Recruit qualified affiliates and social media influencers across various platforms
• Manage onboarding process, such as approval/rejection of applicants
• Provide onboarding kit (brand guidelines, product info, scripts)
• Educate affiliates on Product positioning, Content angles (UGC, testimonials)
• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, Product launches, Promotions and seasonal offers
• Coordinate Content calendar, Posting schedules and Livestream selling (if applicable)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real-time Influencers (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and UGC creators
• Conduct outbound outreach via DM/email campaigns

Skills

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with affiliates/influencers and coordinating cross-team initiatives.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
