Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Manager specializing in Financial and Medical Wellness Partnerships to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic affiliate marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, enhance partnership networks, and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on financial and medical wellness sectors.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and DoubleClick to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance campaign visibility and effectiveness.
  • Oversee media planning and buying activities, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets across channels including SEM, social media management, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics continuously, utilizing web analytics to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and campaign refinement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating terms that benefit both parties while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of affiliate programs; analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives; support content creation for social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices in media buying, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or media buying within the health or wellness industry preferred.
  • Strong expertise in PPC campaign management using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in keyword research, conversion optimization techniques, SEM strategies, and media planning.
  • Experience managing budgets effectively across multiple channels while maximizing ROI.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for negotiating partnerships and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising regulations is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing digital landscapes; certification in Google Ads or similar platforms is advantageous. Pay: $29.36 - $35.36 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
