Affiliate Marketing Coach / Content Creation Trainer

Job Overview
A fast-growing coaching program helping everyday people learn affiliate marketing by creating short-form content for platforms like YouTube. Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coach to join our team and support students 1-on-1 via Zoom.

This is a remote, flexible role, perfect for a digital marketer, content creator, or affiliate marketer who enjoys teaching others and can commit to at least a few hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-on-1 weekly Zoom sessions with students following our structured 12-week curriculum.
• Guide students through category & product research, scripting, content creation, publishing, and basic SEO for affiliate videos.
• Provide support, encouragement, and feedback on scripts and video content.
• Post session notes in our internal systems and update student tracking.
• Help students understand how to use AI tools to scale their content creation.
• Optional: Support students who want to advance into Facebook Ads, SEO, or upsell coaching.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and content creation.
• Comfortable teaching beginners with patience and clarity.
• Tech-savvy with Zoom, Google Docs, and tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Able to commit to at least 2–5 hours per week (schedule is flexible).
• Prior coaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is a big plus, but not required.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with Amazon Affiliates or other referral programs.
• Additional Bonus for any SEO or paid ads that you can teach them, even if at a beginner level.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
