Job Description – Affiliate Marketing Internship

Location: Noida Sector 62
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Freshers can also apply)
Stipend: 5k-8k
Duration: 6 months (PPO)
Working days: 5days

Role Overview: As part of the Delivery team at Adwin Media, you will be responsible for onboarding publishers, managing relationships, and driving revenue through high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new publishers to scale campaign delivery.
- Build long-term publisher relationships by ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to match publisher traffic with client campaigns.
- Ensure fraud-free, high-quality traffic using industry-standard tools.
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for revenue expansion.

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of publisher management and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
- Freshers with interest in digital marketing can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
