Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing programs.If you get excited about cracking what competitors are doing, If you have good network platform knowledge (clickbank, jvzoo, warriorplus, digistore24) and product selection and love building campaigns that don’t just look good but also bring ROI, you’ll fit right in.

We seek an individual who can bring fresh ideas, long term vision, and push our affiliate marketing efforts to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product analysis to identify USPs and leverage them in campaigns.
• Perform competition analysis to understand competitor strategies and build differentiating campaigns.
• Build and manage affiliate programs that actually move the needle.
• Run market research to spot new trends and opportunities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Track, analyze, and optimize, because good campaigns are built on insights, not guesses.
• Work with our design, content teams to make sure campaigns hit the right tone and audience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Hands-on experience with social media promotions, email campaigns, and organic marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and research skills for product and competition analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other affiliate platforms.
