Position Summary
We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to oversee our affiliate-driven user acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and execute the outreach process, ensuring efficiency, target achievement and quality control in affiliate partner selection.
Contribute innovative ideas on how to identify and onboard new affiliates.
Liaise with the C-Levels of LeveX to tap into their network of affiliates and ensure adequate engagement activities and follow-ups.
Develop a data-driven system for affiliate activation, performance tracking and engagement.
Establish and monitor clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to accurately track ROI and optimize campaign performance across all partnerships.
Design, implement, and continuously optimize the affiliate marketing program, including incentive structures, commission tiers, and reliable payment systems.
Requirements:
2–5 years of work experience in a high performance environment such as fast-growing tech companies, management consulting or finance
Familiarity with concepts such as affiliate marketing and deep interest in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and Web3 social ecosystem, with existing connections to influential figures a significant plus.
A true entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You must thrive in ambiguity and be capable of building functions from scratch.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical abilities, proficient with performance tracking tools, and comfortable working with large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
