Affiliate Partner Success Manager & Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Partner Success Manager & Coordinator to own and elevate our entire affiliate program.

This role is equal parts relationship manager, strategist, and operator—you’ll be the go-to person for our affiliates, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and equipped to succeed. You’ll also play a key role in helping affiliates improve performance through content guidance, data insights, and proactive communication.

What You’ll Do

Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliate partners
  • Onboard new affiliates and ensure they’re set up for success from day one
  • Maintain consistent communication via email, Slack, or community channels
  • Build strong, positive relationships that drive long-term engagement

Program Operations

  • Manage day-to-day affiliate program logistics
  • Track affiliate performance, commissions, and payouts
  • Ensure affiliates have the links, assets, and tools they need
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and proactively

Content & Growth Support

  • Analyze affiliate content (social posts, ads, emails, etc.)
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve conversions and reach
  • Suggest content angles, hooks, and campaign ideas
  • Share best practices and winning strategies across the network

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor key metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue per partner)
  • Identify top performers and scale what’s working
  • Spot underperformance early and intervene with support
  • Report on insights and opportunities to leadership

Community & Culture

  • Help foster a positive, growth-focused affiliate community
  • Encourage collaboration, idea-sharing, and momentum
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, creator management, or similar
  • Strong understanding of content that converts (especially short-form/social)
  • Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset (you enjoy analyzing performance and spotting patterns)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven
