We are hiring Affiliate Partnership Specialists to help grow our sales network, generate qualified leads, and earn performance-based commissions.

This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who enjoy networking, referrals, and converting leads into high-value sales.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of affiliate partners to generate property sales leads
• Provide partners with project information, marketing material, and sales guidance
• Track lead quality, conversions, and commissions accurately
• Collaborate with internal sales teams for lead handovers
• Identify new partnership opportunities and referral channels
• Support marketing initiatives to attract affiliates and investors

Compensation

Requirements

✔ Minimum 6 months UAE real estate / telesales / call center experience (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication & listening skills
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
✔ Target-driven, confident & disciplined
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Valid UAE visa required
