Afro Lounge HTX— Now Hiring Full /Part-time Weekend Evening Staff

Afro Lounge is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, reliable, and professional team members to join our vibrant restaurant‑lounge.
We operate into the evening hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, so applicants must be comfortable working weekend evening shifts.

Positions Available

• Cooks — Grill, sauté, prep, consistency, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Bartenders — Fast, accurate, great customer service, cocktail knowledge, and specialty drink training.
• Waiters/Waitresses — Friendly, attentive, and able to handle high‑volume evenings.

Additional Essential Roles

• Host/Hostess — Greeting guests, managing seating, controlling flow.
• Barbacks — Restocking, cleaning, supporting bartenders.
• Bussers — Clearing tables, resetting sections, assisting servers.
• Kitchen Assistants — Prep, cleaning, organization.
• Security Personnel — Entry management, guest safety, maintaining order.
• DJ / Sound Technician — Music, sound system management, maintaining the vibe.
• Cleaning Crew — Maintaining cleanliness during and after service.

Requirements

• Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Experience preferred (varies by role)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
