After Effects Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Adobe After Effects Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching motion graphics, visual effects, and animation concepts using Adobe After Effects, ensuring learners gain practical, industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Adobe After Effects, from fundamentals to advanced techniques
• Explain core concepts such as:
• Interface, tools, and workflows
• Keyframes, animation principles, and motion design
• Shape layers, text animation, and effects
• Masks, mattes, and compositing techniques
• Expressions and automation basics
• Visual effects, transitions, and rendering
• Demonstrate real-world workflows used in media, advertising, film, and digital content creation
• Design course materials, exercises, projects, and assessments
• Provide hands-on guidance, feedback, and performance evaluation
• Support learners with troubleshooting and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest After Effects features and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, and VFX principles
• Experience with related tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (preferred)
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner
