After Effects video editor (Real Estate)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented After Effects Video Editor to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will specialize in real estate video editing, transforming raw footage into high-quality, visually compelling property videos that engage potential buyers and elevate listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate videos including property walkthroughs, drone footage, and promotional clips
• Create professional motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects
• Perform color correction and grading to achieve a clean, cinematic look
• Add music, sound effects, and ensure proper audio synchronization
• Incorporate branding elements such as logos, titles, and lower thirds
• Maintain consistency in style and quality across all projects
• Collaborate closely with the in-house team for feedback and revisions
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience using Adobe After Effects (Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing work (real estate preferred)
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate or architectural video editing
• Familiarity with social media video formats (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of audio editing
