After Sales Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an After Sales Assistant Manager who supports the After Sales Manager in ensuring high customer satisfaction, maintaining retention, and driving revenue through service, maintenance, and parts sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily workshop or service department operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments.
• Identify service gaps and implement solutions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
