After Sales Customer Representative

The After Sales Customer Representative will be the key point of contact for customers after their purchase, ensuring queries, complaints, and service requests are handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. The role requires proficiency in English & Hindi, a balance of communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills to maintain long-term customer relationships and uphold Viva Group’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding post-purchase queries, product issues, warranties, or complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, technical, and sales) to resolve issues and ensure timely customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed to satisfaction.
• Process after-sales service requests such as replacements, repairs, or returns according to company policies.
• Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding recurring issues or customer concerns to improve overall product and service quality.
• Support the after-sales team in preparing service reports and tracking KPIs like turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth and trusted after-sales experience.

Requirements

• >1 years of experience in customer service, after-sales, or client servicing roles.
• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively.
