After Sales Deputy Manager (Appliances Industry)

About the Role:

Varioline Services Pvt. LTD (Varioline Intercool) seeks a dedicated After Sales Service Deputy Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the RAC/HVAC industry to lead a team nationwide. This role requires strong skills in customer relationship management and service quality management to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The deputy manager oversees complaint resolution and uses performance metrics analysis to drive continuous improvement in service processes.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage a team of service professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve departmental goals
• Lead and manage after-sales team (Technicians, Helpers, Authorized Service Centers)
• Build and expand after-sales service networks across the country
• Identify and finalize locations, negotiate contract agreements, and manage cost efficiency
• Manage the complete service lifecycle including planning, staffing, and pricing strategies
• Oversee service quality management by setting service standards
• Develop and implement SOPs to streamline operations and improve service quality
• Maintain and update product knowledge among the team to enable accurate and effective service delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve complex service issues and streamline communication
• Prepare regular reports on service department performance, team achievements, and customer feedback for management review
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development within the service department

Education:

• DAE in RAC/HVAC Preferred Graduation or Masters
