After Sales Engineer

Fully responsible for after-sales related work to ensure customer satisfaction, responsible for the performance assessment of various after-sales team, solve major after-sales problems and submit reports

work task：

1. timely reply customer message, timely arrive on-site, timely solve problems
2. Responsible for oversea after-sales cause research and problem solving, as well as major issue record，track and deal with
3. EPC project inspection, RMA after-sales machine return to warehouse tracking, goods arrival on-site inspection
4. Assist warehouse keeper to manage RMA, record, track and deal with returned machines, make maintenance record, ensure good product delivery
5. Answer, guide and give suggestions to customer's problems and questions raised by overseas after-sales stuff, and collect customer feedback
6. Tools storage, office supplies storage, such as telephone, computer, 5s management etc.
7. Responsible for daily work information collection, filling in, reporting, comply with the rules and regulations of the service job
