Job Responsibilities:

The Aftersales Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing aftersales operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the dealer network.
• Addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting performance issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
• Gathering product performance feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
• Maintaining accurate records of aftersales activities and generating reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in aftersales service, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate effectively.
