After Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee after-sales service operations and ensure smooth functioning of service activities
- Manage customer complaints, technical issues, and warranty-related matters
- Coordinate with in-house and authorized service centers nationwide
- Monitor service KPIs, turnaround time, and service quality standards
- Lead technical teams and ensure proper troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Coordinate with spare parts, technical, and operations teams for service support
- Maintain service reports, warranty records, and operational documentation
- Support implementation of service improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction programs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in After Sales / Service Operations
Preference for candidates from Automotive, EV, or 2/3 wheeler industry
- Good understanding of service operations, warranty management, and customer handling

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
