Suzuki Potohar Motors (Authorized 3S Dealership) is looking for a skilled and experienced After Sales Service Manager to lead our Service Department in Chakwal.

Position: After Sales Service Manager

Location: Suzuki Potohar Motors, Chakwal

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth workflow in the workshop.
• Manage the service team, including advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor performance targets, service revenue, and customer retention.
• Coordinate with parts and sales departments for seamless after-sales support.

Requirements:

• D.A.E. (Mechanical / Automobile) is mandatory.
• 7–8 years of relevant automobile dealership experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of workshop operations and customer handling.
