After Sales Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of products.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to gather feedback and improve service quality.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics with headquarters.
  • Collaborate with the global technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Comply with local regulations and uphold company standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Turkish speaker with fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or field service roles.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Turkey.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
