After-Sales Service Manager / Supervisor (Automotive Industry Focus)

[Core Responsibilities]
1. After-Sales Network System Construction
- Plan and build the regional after-sales service network; formulate and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for after-sales services at local dealers and repair stations.
- Lead the establishment and cross-cultural training of the after-sales team, enhancing the professional skills and service awareness of local service advisors and technicians.
1. Spare Parts Management & Technical Support
- Oversee the operations of the regional spare parts center and develop scientific inventory plans to ensure the timely supply of fast-moving and wearing parts, shortening customer vehicle repair wait times.
- Establish a rapid-response technical support mechanism to assist local outlets in resolving complex vehicle faults, and regularly issue technical bulletins and repair case studies.
1. Warranty Claims & Compliance Management
- Review and process vehicle warranty claims within the region, ensuring the compliance and authenticity of after-sales claims.
- Stay familiar with and monitor local automotive after-sales laws, regulations, and consumer protection policies to ensure compliant after-sales operations.
1. Customer Satisfaction & Quality Feedback
- Establish and monitor key after-sales KPIs (such as First Time Fix Rate and Customer Satisfaction Index - CSI), and regularly conduct customer follow-ups and care activities.
- Collect and analyze product quality feedback and after-sales data from the local market, forming closed-loop reports to headquarters to drive continuous product improvement.
[Qualifications]
1. Automotive Industry Background (Core Mandatory Requirement)
- Must possess a solid background in automotive after-sales. Prior experience in the overseas after-sales department of an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or after-sales management in a large multinational automotive dealership group is highly preferred.
- Proficient in the entire overseas automotive after-sales process, with familiarity in maintenance technical standards, spare parts supply chain management, and warranty policies in LHD (Left-Hand Drive) markets (such as the Middle East).
1. Education & Language
- Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Language Requirements: Proficient in English with excellent reading, writing, and cross-cultural communication skills, capable of using English as the daily working language. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.
1. Work Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in automotive after-sales services. Prior experience in overseas expatriate after-sales management or building an overseas after-sales system from the ground up (0 to 1) is highly preferred.
- Excellent ability to handle emergencies and coordinate across departments, efficiently interfacing with local dealers, parts suppliers, and domestic headquarters.
- Highly resilient, aligned with Dongfeng Motor's corporate culture, able to adapt to the pace of overseas expatriate work, and possessing a high sense of responsibility and execution.
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per hour
